The rule
No mobile food vending pushcart may exceed 10 feet in length or 5 feet in width including wheels and appurtenances; when on a sidewalk its longer side must be parallel and adjacent to the curb. Does not apply to permitted food trucks. Dimensions are photo estimates — cite only when the cart clearly exceeds the limit, not for borderline cases.
