What we do not do

We never tell a business who reported something. We take no position on whether a report is accurate — it is a neighbor's observation, not a finding, and nobody has inspected it. A paid plan never removes or hides a report.

What claiming does today: it gives you an inbox, so a neighbor's report reaches you and you can reply.

If a listing shows as already claimed and that is wrong, tell us. We look into it and get back to you either way.
