Automatic renewal terms
What you are agreeing to. Snitch+ is a subscription that renews automatically. There is no free trial. Your first charge is $9.99 (USD) today, and $9.99 every month after that. The charge repeats automatically until you cancel. The price does not change unless we tell you first and you agree.
The deadline to stop the next charge. Cancel at least one day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Snitch+ until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your renewal date is always shown in the app under Snitch+ → Manage.
How to cancel. Open the app → Snitch+ → Manage → Cancel. It takes one screen and no phone call, no email and no chat. You keep Snitch+ until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also email hello@sidewalksnitch.com and we will cancel it for you.
Receipts. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge, including the first one.
The daily feed limit
Reading the feed is free up to 30 posts a day. Posting and reporting are always free and never capped.
The count resets overnight, New York time, and covers scrolling the public feed only. Opening a single report someone shared with you does not count against it. Snitch+ removes the limit.
Own a business?
This page is the resident subscription. Claiming a business listing is free and separate — the verified badge, the inbox for reports about your address and the reply are all included at no cost. See SidewalkSnitch for business.
Before you pay
No advertising and no sale of your data on either plan. If a Snitch+ feature is ever removed, it comes off this page the same day — see the FAQ and Terms of Use.
