The rule
Food vendors may not vend within 10 feet of any crosswalk at an intersection; general vendors may not vend within 10 feet of any corner. Determine vendor type first: apply the 10 ft CROSSWALK rule to FOOD vendors and the 10 ft CORNER rule to GENERAL (merchandise) vendors. If the vendor type or the distance is unclear from the photo, do not cite.
